I could really go for some Strongman training right now but I'm trying to keep warm and not bleed as much as usual.

I am working my percents on the box squats and I can feel that I'm at that point where I have to be perfect and on target to make the reps fast.

Box Squat
408 + 180 chains x 2 x 5 sets

Squat, Suit and Briefs
498 + 180 chains x 1
531 + 180 chains x 1...PR oddly enough

Bench Press
all sets with pro short mini bands added
185 x 5
225 x 2
257 x 1
286 x 1
300 x 1 (PR?)

Add Shirt
326 x 1, 3 board
359 x 1, 3 board
387 x 1, 2 board
326 x 1, 1 board

Dbell Press
warm ups
130 x 1 and 1 miss
66 x 8 strict each arm

Front Squat in Harness
warm ups
205 kg x 1...PR
