Off-season - Upper Body - Overhead Press, Bench & More

I am currently in an "off-season" phase focused on putting on some serious bodyweight while still getting stronger and improving my worst strongman event, the Yoke Walk. I'm also raising an awesome baby boy, while still working, training and living life. My next competition will be the USS National Championship in late June where I'll be competing in the 220# class.

Bodyweight seems to be moving up nicely. In the past 12 weeks I'm up roughly 10 pounds. I've gained a little fat along the way, but that's expected. Eating is becoming a job, but that's part of it. I'm excited to see what these next few months of off-season training and eating do. Nothing too exciting in this session, just pushing the volume.
