Tues-reps upper

Kettlebelll bamboo press 94lbs of kettlebelll 4 sets 30-40 reps each set
Lat pull down 5 sets up to stack x 10 reps

Did a lot of talking with the Powerlifitng coach from McKendree College (ncaa D2)
Was beat up from last 7 days having 4 pretty heavy workouts.
