Balancing life and to the point lower dynamic day
So I'm constantly talking about balance. Yes it's important and yes you should agree to go out when your girlfriends of more than 10 years decide to text you last minute, the night before, to get together for a mini reunion. Knowing I had to wake up at 7am to train, I grabbed my balls and said I can totally do this. We never get to do this! Plus it's been a couple of years since I've seen a few of them.
I got ready and put my big girl panties on. While driving, I'm thinking "man, people start getting ready at 9ish to head out by 10ish and I'm suppose to be in bed by 8." What a granny I am. We had an absolute blast - I got to dance my butt off, which is one of my favorite things to do, and its as if time had not passed by and we were back in middle school. It was a night worthwhile.
Did I make it to bed you ask? Barely. But I did make it to dynamic lower because you just don't miss training.
1. Cambered box squats 12 x 2
About 70 % of 1RM (200 lbs)
2. Deficit pulls 6 x 5
3. Hypers 3 x 12
4. Band ham curls 4 x 20
Followed by the longest nap of life.
