Speed bench and vascularity is hot (in a badass way)

1. Speed bench against chains 10 x 3

2. Presses with the Sling Shot for 3 x 20/18/20 - 115 lbs + 40 lbs of chains

3. Pause presses 5 x 5

4. JM presses (light) 3 x 12 - This movement is similar to a close grip press and a barbell tricep extension, but combined.

5. Dips with the slingshot 3 x 20

6. DB rows 3 x 15

Extra band work:

Tricep pushdowns 4 x 25
Face pulls 4 x 25
