My neighbor's son came to train with us on Sunday and although we have been neighbors for a few years we have barely spoken. I'm not sure he was really ready for the day or had any idea what to expect.

Front Squat

My wife also set a PR on deadlifts and taught my neighbor how to pull and squat. I hope he comes back!
