My friend and strongman training partner hits a PR
I think it's awesome to see progress in your training, especially when you hit PR's here and there during your training cycle and physically see changes and improvement in not your strongest movements. It gives you motivation and determination to keep at it and continue with what you're doing, and to stay focus and adamant. But I don't think nothing compares to the reaction of someone else hitting a huge PR.
I don't know about you but it inspires me to take that extra step, that extra umphhh, to be better. To become better. Consequences of surrounding yourself with the right people.
With that being said, congratulations, Mandy, for not 1 but 2 PR's! You are stronger than you think you are and I cannot wait to train with you and cheer you on for Nationals!
