Cigars and to the point dynamic squats (last day of deload week)
First week of school is out of the way. Awesome day yesterday spending time with my dad, aunt, and boyfriend. How else am I suppose to cheers to a great weekend? With a cigar. That's how. Squats and cigars.
1. Speed squats 10 x 2
2. Pause squats ( with a bounce - to really focus on my hips) 5 x 6
3. Band sissy squats 3 x 20
4. Good-mornings 3 x 10
