Dynamic bench against bands
1. Bench against red bands
9 x 3 (wide, med, close)
Used the eliteftsâ„˘ Shoulder Saver Pad for the first time! It's great because you can utilize it in different ways like what I did:
2a. 5 x 5 (wide grip) on the shorter side
2b. 5 x 5 (wide grip) on the fatter side
I did this superset with a pause for each rep
3. Still using the eliteftsâ„˘ Shoulder Saver Pad (fatter side), I put my grip closer and did 5 x 5 as a tricep accessory movement
4. DB floor presses 3 x 10
5. Bent over rows 3 x 10
6. Pull aparts x 100
