Off-season - Squats, SSB Squats and Good Mornings

I am currently in an "off-season" phase focused on putting on some serious bodyweight while still getting stronger. I'm also raising an awesome baby boy, while still working, training and living life. My next competition will be the USS National Championship in late June where I'll be competing in the 220# class.

I've slowly eased back into squats after the hamstring issue back in December. On my top end set I'm definitely leaving some "in the tank". I'm actually leaving more than I'd like, but since the injury occurred from pushing my squat hard I've decided to be smart and ease back into things. My squat actually felt really good this session from a technical standpoint. I have slowed my tempo down on the eccentric portion and the hamstring is feeling good.
