Working on incline bench more often. It fell way down once I hurt my good shoulder in July. Need to build it up. I absolutely hate incline anything but it will carry over to my flat bench. Building up my shoulders will also help me once I get in a shirt again.

That's all the time I had. About 40 min. Quick shower then to work. I shower more at gyms then at my own home.
