Raw squats with a minor setback
Wednesday I wanted to get some raw squatting in at the local gym by my house.
I didn't have much of a plan, and just wanted to work up with some sets of 5, but on a warm-up set with 365, I got an intense pain in my TFL/IT Band. Didn't feel or hear anything indicating a bad tear, but it was enough to shitcan the training session.
The next day, I started going back for ART. I hadn't been in a while because it was difficult to get there since I watch my son most days, But I'm gonna have to make this work so I don't keep injuring myself. Now a few days later, I can still feel it but it's nowhere near as bad as it was. Should be good to go in a few days.
