Leg Ext: 4x10
Leg Curl: 4x10
Calves: 4x20

Saturday @ 5:00pm-

Walk Outside: 4 miles

Sunday @ 1:00pm-

Walk outside: 4.5 miles

Basketball game:

It was our first game. We lost, but the kids played really well and we played what should be the best team in the league. Chris had a really good game. I think we are going to do pretty good this year. We have a bunch of really good kids.
