Training Session From Last Week
Stir the Pot - 4x10
Before heading to the gym Big Bald and I talked about where I might come in on this. Once upon a time I was at 500 lbs and knew right now there was no way I was close to that.
His guess was 350 (thanks for the vote of confidence) and I was thinking 375. Due to the hamstring and chronic knee issue, my legs feel worthless and a major limiting factor overall performance wise.
160 - 2x5
250 - 1x3
340 - 1x1
390, 1x1 (belt)
410 - 1x1 Oh hey. Moving past my estimates.
430 - 1x3 Score. Maybe I'm not such a chump after all
450 - 1x1 Well shoot. Not too bad.
2 - 1x3 with assist on last rep

225 - 3x5
GHR - 3x5
Hamstring was holding up without issue! That's VERY exciting.
Bulgarian Split Squat - 3x5
A much better day than I anticipated going into the gym. My complete lack of leg drive is obvious and needs serious attention.
