Monday- Squats with bands, speed pulls with bands, RDL's, GHR and RH

Relentless Detroit proved to be a decent meet, but in all reality, it was a tune-up meet for Relentless Minnesota. I just spent the last 7-8 weeks really pushing some of my raw work on all 3 lifts. Strategically working on some weak points, both muscularly and technically. Getting back in my gear mid-January and will be placing that in according to the calendar to have enough skill work in the gear before the meet.

My plan is to compete at Relentless Minnesota March 28th in the 123# weight class.

Week 2 of squatting with bands. Had my cheat meal last night so my briefs fit well. haha. Actually, it wasn't bad. Weight was at 130, so that's right on.


Dynamic Squats with Onyx Average bands
8x2 @ 205

Speed Pulls w/ monster minis
8x1 @ 255

Banded RDL
5x6 @ 165

Glute Ham Raise
4x6 w/ 2 mini bands
2x8 bodyweight

Reverse Hyper, long strap
5x10



Great workout. Squats and deads took a little longer (had to wait for the platform to do my speed pulls with bands). But the accessory work flew by and pushed that hard.
