I was supposed to train yesterday but there was a seminar on kettlebells. Interesting stuff. So I went in today and farted around.

Standing Crunches
3sets of 20

Lat Pulldowns
4sets of 10

Shrugs
worked up to 575x7

Blue Band Leg Curls
3sets of 15

Hammer Curls
4sets of 10

Straight Leg Situps
2sets of 20

Grip work and I was done. Time to go back to bed.
