ME Bench Day

I should of taken it easy today. My shoulders have been taking a beating lately, not to mention I pulled something in my right glute and mid back Friday. Anyway....

put loose METAL shirt on...

Incline Presses
worked up to 385 for triple, lowering the weight killed me

Tricep Pushdowns
3sets of 10

Chest Supported Rows
3sets of 10

I've been going heavier than I ever have on DE bench day and I think this is contributing to my achiness in my shoulders.
