Squat Day 3/25

Didn't have the day I was looking for. I guess I can say that about this whole damn training cycle.

Box Squats w/3chains per side

905 missed, I had a hard time arching the weight out and loosened my hips about half way down. I should not be having these problems. Time to back off and pray for the best.

Blue Band Leg Curls

Pull Throughs
3sets of 10

Grip work
