ME Bench Day

I didn't post Fridays workout because I just took it real easy. Ab work, glute ham raises, leg curls w/blue band and always... db curls.


Todays training...

Something that Dave came up with. It included weight releasers, mini bands and a bunch of chains. I'll let Dave explain this one.

Db Presses
100's x5
130's x5
150's x7x2sets
150's x10

Tricep Pushdowns
3sets of 7

Lat Pulldowns
3sets of 12

Lying Tri Ext
3sets, bunch of reps, light weight
