Past workouts

Monday, went to WS and did a bunch of ab stuff. Not much to write about there.

Tuesday, felt guilty that I didn't do anything on Monday. So, I stopped in and did light full squats, leg curls and bicep stuff.

Yesterday, started off taking it easy but that went out the window.
