1 set of 20, tried to do another set and my lower abs cramped up bad.


This was my first day back. I can't beleive how everything aches. I did something to my left lateral delt at the meet which feels like a tooth ache in it. I'm going to have it checked out Tuesday.

I'm really going to concentrate on getting my raw strength back to where it used to be and should be. So I'll be hitting more of a powerbuilding routine for awhile.
