Shoulder/Tricep Stuff

I didn't train Monday. Got up, got ready to head to the gym and said,"Screw it."

But today...
Close Grip Bench (off 2 board)

Seated Dips(it's a machine, something different)

Rear Delt Work(off the Pec Deck machine)

My diet is going well. Very little carbs and lots of meat. I've been grilling out every third day(meat taste better grilled). My wife and I go through a bag of chicken breasts, 3 or 4 t-bones, package of sirloin steaks and a pack of burgers, not to mention a couple of hot dogs for our dogs(they love'em!).

My bodyweight was 349 at the Seniors. Today it was 334. I understand what I have lost is a lot of water weight but it's a start. 290 -300, here I come.
