GOOD NEWS though.... My Dr. called bright and early this morning to tell me he had my recent lab results. My cholesterol is down from over 400 to 205 and my tryglycerides were down from 1277 to 527. Not bad for dieting just under two weeks. Dr. said,"I'm f#*cking impressed." I had to laugh at that one. Weight is about 330'ish with about 40lbs to go.
