I've been keeping my sanity on this diet with the help from my wife Lori. She has come up with some recipes for blueberry muffin bread, bananna bread, drop biscuits, pumpkin bread, ginger snaps and some other things that are all low carb, high in protein and taste great! So, stock up on your oatmeal and Beverly International Ultra Size. I'll be posting some recipes for you guys(or I should say, your wives and girlfriends, lol).
