Today was a good day. Squats felt better but I'm still getting used to the fact that I'm not wearing any gear, squatting with a bench bar and having to walk the weight out just short of a mile(atleast thats the way it feels).

Stiff legs were tough just because I have no wind. I'm going to start going a bit heavier in the weeks to come.

Diet is going well and I can't believe how much I'm into it. I say 'diet' but its a life change. There's no way I can go back to the old ways of eating. My Dr. says I can have a four hour window every four days where I can cheat. I want to keep my progress going so I'll have a cheat meal every Sunday. Right now I have a craving for pizza so I'll think thats what I'll have for my first cheat meal. Too bad most of the pizza joints in Columbus blow dink. Nobody here has heard of a 'pizza pie' where the actual pizza is cut like a pie, with crust, not in square's edge to edge like that shitty Donato's. They should be ashamed calling that crap pizza. Thank God for DiGiorno(frozen... mmmmmm).
