Last couple of workouts...

Sunday, I missed training at the compound due to working so late Saturday night.

Monday, trained with Big Paul Keys. It was great to train with him and bullshit again. Heres what we did...

Lat Pulldowns
3sets of 10

Rear Delt work off the Pec Deck
3sets of 10(Paul kicked my ass on these)

BentOver Rows
3sets of 10

Shrugs
3sets of 15

I cried through the whole workout because my right bicep was killing me. I must've strained it in a previous workout.

I'm going to take it easy training my shoulders for awhile. I've got pretty weak off my chest as of late on the bench press. I think alot of this has to do with hitting my shoulders so much lately and dropping bodyweight.
