Legs and bi's

Friday I trained chest but it was uneventful. I felt like I was in a coma. Benched a little, inclined a bit and stared at the walls.

I was a little beat up going into to the gym today. With the weather being so hot and sticky, and work kicking my ass, I was amazed that I had such a good workout. My squat might not of showed it but we used a new bar that had handles welded on it. The handles allowed you to hold onto the bar without having to reach back which saved my shoulders. I'll be playing with this bar for a bit.
