Last couple of workouts...
Mondays workout was an experiment that went totally wrong. I need to get away from the compound movements for my tri's. They just don't get the work they need. Anyway, it was a shit workout. Depressing.
Today was better. I hit my upper back pretty good. Here's what I did...
One Arm Iso Rows
Seated Cable Rows
3sets of 12
Finished up with some neck work, light hammer curls and ab work. My bodyweight is down to 320 and it's starting to mess with my head a bit. I look and feel better but my strength is really in the toilet. I know it's going to take time for it to rebound but it's frustrating.
