I must be getting too old for this bullshit or something. There hasn't been a training day in the past two weeks that I haven't injured something. Today I felt a pop in my left vastus medialis. It hurt so bad I couldn't come out of the hole with the weight. I think I might have torn the muscle. What a dumbass!
