Deadlift(conventional)

725x1- felt good and easy but the inside of my elbow lit the f up after I pulled the 605. I can't believe the pain. Just gripping the bar hurt like hell. When I pulled the 725 it went a little slow because all I could think about is whatever was hurting was going to come undone. This pretty much killed the rest of my workout.

One Arm Cable Rows
3sets of 10
