Neck Work


My back was a little stiff starting out this morning. My father inlaw came across an old Universal machine and thought we might like it. Tearing it down and carrying it out to the truck and then unloading it was a chore Saturday. With that, doing box squats Sunday and bouncing around in my work truck the last couple of days, my lower back wasn't feeling the best. Overall though, the 815 felt pretty good.
