Box Squats w/buffalo bar

Ok, ok, not a whole lot of exercises but today really kicked ass. My training partner, Todd Brock, had to hurry up and get todays training done so he could get to his job. So we moved pretty quick. My legs were burning pretty bad and I insisted that my wife call me Mike 'Platz'(yeah, I'm a 'tard. LOL). On the way home, I thought I was going to get sick. Today was definitely a good one.
Using the 60lb buffalo bar made me realize how much I can't stand the safety squat bar. I used a 100lbs more today than I did last week.
You guys really need to check out Dave's leg press. I couldn't believe the difference in how it felt compared to the one's at World's Gym. It really blew my legs up. Great machine!
