My training schedule has been messed up the last couple of weeks so I haven't been doing all the stuff I liked to do.

Friday was upper back stuff with some light benching...

Saturday was legs...

Box Squats
worked up to 670x2(it didn't feel that great so I decided that was as high as I was going to go)

Superset Leg Ext. w/Leg Presses
sets of 15 w/leg ext, sets of 10 w/leg presses x3sets

Preacher Curls
3sets of 10

Alt. Db Curls
3sets of 12

*I don't care what Bartley says about Jesse Marunde, big biceps are cool. LOL!
