Back & Bi's

I'm back training and posting it. Actually, I started training again a few weeks ago. Talk about having to start all over. I'm weak as a wet noodle and that's no joke. It's just going to take sometime. My bodyweight is about 307, up from a pathetic 284 about 6 or 7 weeks ago.

My training is going to consist of a lot of bodybuilding movements in order to put more size on and harden up since a lot of muscle has atrophied a bit. I haven't made up my mind if I want to jump back into powerlifting or not.

Here's what I did today...

10 minutes on treadmill

70 reps of various ab exercises

Hammer Strength Lat Pulldowns
3sets of 10

Low Row Machine
3sets of 10

Db Cleans
3sets of 10

Shrugs
3sets of 10

Two Arm Preacher Curls
3sets of 8

Seated Alt. Curls
3sets of 8

One Arm Preachers
3sets of 12(slow)

Rear Delt Work on Pec Deck
3sets of 12

Hypers
3sets of 10 w/2second pause


I'd like to give a shout out to Big Steve 'MacDaddy' MacDonald and welcome him to the board here. The guy has been a close friend of mine for years and is super strong, knowledgeable about training, dieting and whatever and is blessed with a f'ed up sense of humor. Oh yeah, and has an ass the size of Jupiter. It has it's own gravitational pull for Christ's sake. Anyway, say 'hi' to the big guy.
