Back, Biceps and Saturdays w/o

Saturday was uneventful and lacked a plan. I did some free squats with 405x2 for 8 sets. Threw in a 14'' box and did 405 for 5. Why, I don't know. Did some stiff legs with the strongman log thing and a couple of sets of leg presses. I felt like it was a wasted workout.
