Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
Today I really wasn't up to par and my training showed it.
Treadmill for 10 minutes
315x3(HELLO! Felt like a ton.)
405x2(talk about stinkin' up the joint)
Did something new that my buddy Dan showed me. We had 25's on each side of the bar and hung 35's from the bar with doubled mini's and went up from there. This fried me.
Benching w/hanging weights
95 w/35's hanging each side x15
added 25's x10
used 35's instead of the 25's x6
285 missed, felt something in my pec, decided to have the weight taken
