Back and Shoulders

I changed things up a bit today. I'm going to train back and shoulders together for awhile and see how it goes. I didn't train my shoulders that hard because it hasn't been a full week since I hit them last.

Chest Supported Db Rows superset w/face pulls

sets of 10 to the face, 10 to the chest
