Chest and Triceps

Ok, I'm a dumbass for thinking I could train shoulders two days before a chest workout. Shit was a little fatigued going in.

10 minutes on treadmill

4sets of crunches

Incline Bench

Hammer Stength Bench

Decline Flyes superset w/db presses
3sets of 10 on flyes(50's)
3sets of 12 on presses(60's)

Cable Crossovers superset w/ pushdowns

3sets of 10 on pushdowns

Tricep Ext. w/straight bar
135x8x3sets

Incline Rolling Tri Ext
40's x15
50's x12x2sets


I was walking through the gym and got stopped by my friend Dan, who was training this cutie. He says that she wanted to know why my neck was so big. Before I could answer, she says,"It's big like your belly." "Ok, ok, make fun of the fat guy", disgusted I was. She then said,"No, no, no. You're not fat. You look like the World Gym monkee." Pfff, it's not a monkee, it's a gorilla.
