Mondays and todays workouts

I didn't train Saturday. I had a pretty serious infection in my leg and it ached like a bitch. That and my hip is out.

Mondays workout was piss poor strength wise but it felt good...

Started off doing ab work because if I save it for the end it wouldn't get done. Standing crunches, crunches and incline situps.
