Triceps and shoulders

It kills my ego to post these f'n workouts. You all know that my tri's, even though they might look big, are weak as a wet paper bag. The past ten weeks or so I have been hitting after doing chest and they just haven't responded so I decided to go back and train them with shoulders on the same day. Hopefully they will make the turn for the better here shortly.

Pin Presses(pins set about mid range)
365x7x3sets, held at the top for a second or two

Front Shoulder Presses
225x3
275x3
295x3
225x8(pathetic)

Dips
3sets of 7

Rolling Db Ext w/mini band
55's x10x3sets

E-Z Curl Bar Ext on incline
3sets of 15 w/115

Neck Harness Work
3sets of 15

Neck Machine(to the front)
3sets of 20, gonna get back that 24''

Some kind of machine ab work that kicked my ass... it was great!


Bodyweight is at about 315. Just need to bring the strength up. My back feels awesome from yesterdays workout. Nice and sore and thick.
