Legs and biceps
Chalk it up for another disappointing day. My squat is in the toilet(along with my pull and of course, my bench) and it's because all I do is test it, I don't train for it. Things have to change. Even though the bodybuilding stuff is great, I have to make room for heavier training and getting back to the basics.
Here's what I did today... can ya smell it?
705 missed, there it is... I shit the bed.

Missing the 705 when I thought I could of hit it for a double totally deflated my enthusiasm to do anything else.
