I didn't do any lower back stuff today. After training yesterday I went out to my father in-laws to help dig a trench for a foundation. He's rebuilding his front porch. It was 900 degrees out, humid, and the digging was all by hand. Believe it or not I had a good time. Lori's dad is a great guy and it's always cool to hang out with him. Anyway...
