675x2, I stopped here. Matter of fact, the whole workout ended. As I was coming out of the hole on the 2nd rep, I started feeling a 'shredding' feeling in my lower back. Instead of letting my spotter help, I continued to push through and rack the weight. I had this feeling once before when I had a bar get too far out in front of me while doing reverse band deadlifts. I ended up in the emergency room that day it was so bad. It's a soft tissue injury and hopefully it will heal up quick. But, that's my story for such a shitty workout.
