Shoulders and Triceps
Close Grip Bench
395x3(had to have help locking out my right arm on third rep. I was sorta happy with this because I suck at close grip shit. Not that this was some great performance but since I have a gimp tricep, it was alright for me.)
Db Shoulder Presses
Dips(just bodyweight) superset w/overhead tricep ext. w/v-grip bar
3sets of 10 on the dips
sets of 12 with the ext.
....called it quits there. The gym had no atmosphere today. I like it when there's a bunch of people around, weights clanking around and so on. It was like church in there and I just couldn't get my head into it. I needed an easy day anyway.
