Although I probably shouldn't have, I squatted today. I just had to see how bad my back was.

515x7(stopped here, I didn't want to push it. I did all the reps slow as hell with absolutely no speed out of the hole. Back didn't feel bad....)

Leg Presses

22plates x10x2sets(on second set I felt it in my lower back. I'm pretty stiff at the moment and it bothers me a bit to straighten up)
