I can't believe how shitty and weak my lower back has gotten. No wonder I hurt it. I really need to start doing stuff to target it.

Today was a quick one. I was drained from work last night. It's been hot and humid as hell. The sweat was pouring off me and I had a tough time keeping hydrated. I felt it when I woke up this morning and didn't want to push it.
