I should of known better than to try and go heavy after yesterdays workout. My back was wore out and I felt it trying to go heavy on close grips. However my thumbs were on the smooth, something that I haven't been able to do for years with that kind of weight. Not that the weight was huge or anything but going that close used to kill my shoulders.

Doing dips, I felt like a fish out of water. Felt very unstable. This could of been from the high rep db work I did before it and/or the back work I did yesterday. I used to be pretty strong at them at a much lighter bodyweight. I'm going to try and get better at them just for my head.

Other than that, today was ok. Felt like I was going to puke though when I got home and walked the dogs.
