Shoulders and Triceps

Today's workout wasn't much but it took forever. I had a hard time finding people to spot me.

Seated Front Presses

Close Grip Bench
315x8x3sets(my shoulders were shot)

Db Cleans
35's x8
60's x8
70's x8
80's x8
50's x12

One Arm Cable Ext.
3sets of 12

That's it. Got to the gym a little late, hardly anyone around for a spot, had to get home to take the girls out for our half hour walk... priorities. LOL!
