Chest

I'm back... I didn't do much in my training to post anything last week. I want to say it was a wasted week but I think I needed it to get my head into it again. The muscle strain in my right leg is still there and it let me know Saturday when I tried to squat. I decided to do box squats instead but could only handle 225. Can't believe it was just over a year ago I was squatting over a grand. Anyway, if I can ever get over these little nagging injuries my head is in it to squat some big weights again.

Here's what I did today...

Warmed up with the bench...
