Squats(using box squat form)

415x10x2sets, squatting box squat style kept the strain off my vastus medialis and I was able to handle a little weight. I emphasize the word 'little'. LOL.

Deadlift(conventional)

605x5, this actually felt good. I used my bent squat bar and the damn thing kept trying to turn in my hand which made it tough holding onto it. I kinda forgot how much fun it was to pull.
